About the Role
Reporting directly to the Unit Manager, you will be responsible for hands-on supervision of food and beverage operations. Your exceptional background in restaurant operations will enable you to lead and guide a team of food and beverage staff to deliver consistently high-standard food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations
- Lead and develop a knowledgeable F&B team skilled in all aspects of service
- Train and mentor team members on food, wine, and beverage knowledge
- Provide exceptional hospitality to guests from diverse backgrounds
- Maintain high standards of service and presentation

Required Experience and Qualifications
- Diploma in hotel management or other relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an F&B Supervisor or Head Waiter
- Proven track record in a quality hotel or restaurant environment
- Experience in day-to-day team supervision, training, and development
- POS experience (MICROS)
