## Title: Restaurant Supervisor

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of service staff, ensuring top-notch training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining seamless service and upholding high standards
  • Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and resolving concerns professionally
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional dining experiences
  • Assist in inventory management, stock control, and procurement to optimize efficiency
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance guest satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with POS/ERP systems (e.g., Micros)
