- Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor with strong knowledge of both kitchen operations and service to oversee daily restaurant activities and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant, kitchen, and service operations
- Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
- Supervise, train, and schedule service and kitchen staff
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Enforce hygiene, food safety, health, and safety standards
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and control wastage
- Oversee cash handling, shift handovers, and basic reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
& Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant supervisory role
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and front-of-house service
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
