Relationship Officer - Credit- Eldoret

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Eldoret. As a Relationship Officer - Credit, you will develop and maintain strong client relationships, manage credit portfolios, and assist clients in accessing loan products while ensuring their financial needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness
• Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial client relationships
• Manage credit portfolios and monitor account performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant experience in the finance or credit industry
• Strong business relationship management skills with ability to foster mutually beneficial partnerships
• Finance and sales expertise for effectively managing credit portfolios and meeting targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a customer-first approach
