Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Relationship Officer in Credit, you will manage relationships with clients to ensure financial solutions meet their needs, assess loan applications, and maintain client portfolios. You will deliver exceptional customer service, promote loan products, facilitate loan processing, and ensure compliance with company policies while collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct assessments and prepare loan proposals
• Promote and cross-sell credit products to achieve sales targets
• Monitor and manage credit portfolio performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve departmental targets

Required Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business or related field
• Experience in a credit company, specifically in logbook loans
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of credit risk management and financial analysis
