Relationship Officer – Boda-Boda Loans (Sales & Collections) at Phoenix Capital

We’re looking for a proactive Relationship Officer to handle both loan sales and repayment collections within the boda-boda sector. Key Responsibilities - Prospect and onboard boda-boda riders through field visits & stage activations - Explain loan products and support clients through the application process - Monitor daily/weekly repayments and manage loan arrears - Conduct field follow-ups, negotiate repayment plans & reduce delinquency - Build strong relationships with clients, stage leaders & guarantors - Provide customer education on loan terms, financial discipline & credit health What We’re Looking For - Experience in microfinance, asset/boda-boda financing, or field sales - Strong negotiation & customer relationship skills - Ability to work in the field daily - Good communicator with a passion for customer service - Knowledge of boda-boda operations in Kenya is a BIG plus Check how your CV aligns with this job
