Relationship Officer at Rafiki Microfinance Bank

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Relationship Officer who will drive business growth by actively selling Enterprise banking products within defined market segments. You will cross-sell the Bank's full range of services to enhance value and strengthen relationships with our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth in Liabilities, Assets, and Non-Funded Income (NFI) within the Enterprise segment
• Effectively manage Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and grow the quality loan book
• Promote active use of the bank's Credit and Treasury facilities
• Recommend and drive product development for the Enterprise sector
• Evaluate credit proposals and oversee the application process to meet Turnaround Times (TAT)
• Manage and expand existing client relationships while acquiring new Enterprise clients
• Actively cross-sell and upsell bank products to maximize customer value
• Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulatory requirements and safeguard the bank's image
• Execute assigned official duties with professionalism and integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
