## Title: Relationship Manager – Retailer

Job Purpose

Responsible for driving growth of banking business within your portfolio through acquisition of new clients, selling banking products, ensuring excellent relationship management, increasing wallet share of existing clients, and enhancing product utilization through cross-selling efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Performance

  • Identify and pursue new-to-bank customers, utilizing market insight and networking skills to expand the bank's client base
  • Establish strong client relationships by communicating the bank's value proposition effectively
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability within your portfolio
  • Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and sustainable growth through analytical and business acumen

Deposit Mobilization & Liquidity Management

  • Play a pivotal role in optimizing liquidity management by mobilizing deposits from clients
  • Contribute to the bank's funding stability and its ability to meet operational and lending requirements
  • Acquire CASA and transactional accounts to directly impact the bank's cost of funds
  • Attract low-cost deposits to enhance the bank's overall funding efficiency and competitiveness

Credit Portfolio Management

  • Actively engage with creditworthy clients to contribute to a well-balanced loan portfolio composition
  • Apply expertise in risk assessment and credit analysis to ensure prudent lending practices aligned with regulatory guidelines

Cross-Selling & Product Utilization

  • Promote and cross-sell banking products to maximize product utilization across your client base
