## Title: Relationship Manager - MSME Banking

About the Role

Family Bank Ltd is recruiting a Relationship Manager for its MSME Banking division. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprise clients while driving profitability and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, manage, and service a portfolio of MSME clients while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and positioning the bank as their preferred banking and investment partner
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the MSME client base
  • Drive sales of MSME banking products including lending, deposits, and investment solutions
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and actively convert leads into business
  • Conduct credit analysis, loan structuring, applicant interviews, and character assessment
  • Leverage existing client relationships to cross-sell the bank's full range of financial products
  • Provide exceptional client service by addressing client needs and delivering tailored financial solutions
  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure delinquencies and non-performing loans (NPLs) remain within acceptable thresholds
  • Manage daily recoveries for your portfolio and maintain NPL levels below set targets
  • Manage your portfolio's risk profile and product mix in accordance with approved risk management criteria
  • Perform to agreed plans to drive profitability and increase market share
  • Coordinate with the Credit Department to ensure applications are processed within agreed timelines and escalate any violations to the Head of MSME Banking
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence, Credit, and Risk teams to minimize impairments and losses

Compliance and Standards

  • Ensure full compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and all regulatory requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records
  • Adhere to the bank's policies, standard operating procedures, and central bank regulations
  • Maintain high professional standards and provide quality services with competitive pricing
