## Title: Relationship Manager, Islamic Banking
Position Overview
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth and is responsible for implementing Corporate Islamic Banking Business Development initiatives within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement Islamic Banking Business Development initiatives in line with Bank strategy and business growth plans
- Work closely with Regional Management, Branch Management teams, and Credit Division to increase market share of the Islamic Banking segment in terms of customer numbers, products, service consumption, and revenues
- Proactively reduce the non-performing loan book
- Market and drive uptake of Islamic Banking services and products to new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling relevant products and services
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and engagement to foster good and lasting business partnerships
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand presence, competitiveness, and profitability within the assigned region
- Promote excellent customer experience by driving and advocating customer requirements through various bank functions to deliver high service standards
- Ensure full compliance with Islamic Banking standards and guidelines while adhering to Bank policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Branch Managers to drive account utilization and sustainable deposits
- Drive transactional income from Islamic Banking clients through effective customer service and cross-selling Bank products and services
- Ensure quality portfolio management through effective identification of risks and their mitigation strategies
- Conduct preliminary credit reviews and analysis
