## Title: Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Banking team. In this role, you will develop and nurture strategic relationships with corporate clients, maximizing business potential and ensuring client satisfaction with our services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with corporate clients to maximize business potential and wallet size
  • Acquire new corporate clients and continuously monitor and nurture existing relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Develop forecasts and quantify expected business from prospective clients based on comprehensive and updated account plans
  • Develop and package winning value propositions targeting major relationships with high potential for deposits, quality assets, and substantial non-funded revenues
  • Identify key contacts and business influencers within clients' organizations and foster relationships to gain insight into business objectives, opportunities, and threats
  • Develop an intimate understanding of clients' industries and businesses, analyzing their operations, management practices, and market conditions affecting long-term sustainability
  • Introduce specialist product skills and solutions at appropriate times to effectively address client needs
  • Initiate and monitor customer and Bank contact at all levels, ensuring highest standards of service
  • Continually recommend improvements and adaptations to existing systems, processes, and structures to ensure relationship viability
  • Proactively monitor markets and pre-empt risks for both the Bank and clients, identifying potential problem accounts and formulating appropriate risk mitigation strategies
  • Keep abreast of market developments and upcoming projects relevant to client industries
