Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist students, staff, and visitors courteously
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Provide accurate information about university departments and services
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
- Handle correspondence and basic administrative tasks
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional
- Support administrative staff when required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial
- Studies, or related field (an advantage)
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Good verbal and written communication skills

Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-office role is an advantage
