## Title: Real Estate Advisor - Diaspora Telesales

About the Role

Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is seeking a qualified Real Estate Advisor specializing in diaspora telesales. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a database of commercial, industrial, and bulk residential leads while conducting targeted outbound sales campaigns to international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and build a comprehensive database of commercial, industrial, and bulk residential leads by identifying and engaging key decision-makers
  • Make outbound calls to clients in international markets including the USA, Australia, the UK, Canada, and other regions to introduce products, set up meetings, and schedule site tours
  • Align working hours to correspond with target markets' time zones while maintaining flexibility for remote work arrangements
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer contact details, calls, and sales activities within the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Develop and customize persuasive sales scripts to effectively communicate the company's offerings
  • Guide prospects and leads through the sales funnel, directing qualified leads to the commercial sales team for closure
  • Follow up with customers after initial contact to maintain engagement and address inquiries from potential customers
  • Lead telesales strategies and optimize CRM database usage to improve lead conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve diaspora-specific sales targets
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-up

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telesales or lead generation
  • Proven track record in database development and management
  • Demonstrated success in converting cold calls to qualified leads
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets over the phone
  • Experience with sales pipeline management, prospecting, and lead generation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the real estate or property development sector
  • History of achieving sales targets and KPIs over the phone
