Academic and professional qualifications - Master of pharmacy in Radiopharmacy - Atleast 1 year progressive experience in manufacture of PET Radiopharmaceuticals. - Certificate in GMP training. - Knowledge in handling of OOS( out of specification) deviations and CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) in a radio pharmaceutical manufacturing plant - Knowledge of EU or USP Pharmacopia requirements for PET Radio Pharmaceuticals. - Knowledge on how to establish a quality management system for a PET Radiopharmacy. - Knowledge of quality risk management for cyclotron and PET Radiopharmaceuticals. - Registered by Pharmacy and Poisons Board
