Quantity Surveyor - Premium Real Estate Project

Key Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying. - Strong experience in residential and mixed-use developments. - Sound understanding of contracts and procurement. - Ability to work closely with project managers and consultants. - Experience in East African projects will be an added advantage. Key Requirements: - Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for projects. - Monitor project costs and manage variations. - Evaluate contractor tenders and negotiate contracts. - Certify contractor payments and manage cost reporting. - Assist in feasibility studies and value engineering. - Ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
