Quality Specialist at KEDA Kenya Ceramics Company Limited

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. - We are seeking a Quality & Safety Specialist to join our Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction and engineering activities meet quality standards and safety requirements across our projects. Key Responsibilities - Conduct site quality inspections and functional testing using standard measuring tools. - Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations. - Perform safety audits and support corrective action plans. - Prepare clear and accurate reports with supporting evidence and data. - Provide timely feedback and support engineering teams with quality-related issues. - Be flexible to travel, relocate within the country when required. Preferred Qualities - Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and good communication skills. - Objective, organised, and able to meet deadlines. - Willing to work overtime when necessary. Key Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in the construction industry. - Experience with housing construction or steel structure projects is an added advantage. - Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general computer operations.
