## Title: Sales Manager - Kisumu
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to lead and manage the sales operation. You will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, improve market penetration, and ensure effective trade execution and visibility of company products.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the sales team to deliver on sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor daily performance, routes, and trade activities through field visits and reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive growth and address performance gaps
- Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Train, coach, and support the team for improved productivity and professionalism
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and proper use of trade tools
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing field sales teams in FMCG or similar environment
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in reporting tools and sales tracking systems
- Experience using sales software is an added advantage
