Project Accountant at IFSS Group

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Project Accountant to join our team. You will take ownership of project financial management, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance across all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project budgets, forecasts, WIP reports, and revenue schedules
• Lead cost tracking, variance analysis, and client billing
• Ensure financial compliance, reporting, and audit readiness
• Collaborate cross-functionally and present clear, actionable insights

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years' experience in project accounting (construction/systems integration ideal)
• CPA, CMA, or Finance degree
• Advanced ERP and Excel proficiency with strong attention to detail
• Costing mindset and proven ability to collaborate across teams
• Experience with fire alarms, CCTV, or automation platforms (a plus)
