Role Overview
The Program Facilitator will plan, manage, and deliver program training sessions while creating content and facilitating learning across diverse subject areas. They will employ innovative tools and approaches to ensure the achievement of project outcomes for participants across various ages and learning levels, including adult learners. Additionally, they will develop and use assessment and measurement metrics to track and report program success effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Community Mobilization
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and engagement
- Mobilize target groups through outreach campaigns, door-to-door visits, school visits, or partner referrals to register participants for program activities
- Organize and conduct community sensitization sessions as per program needs
Training Session Planning and Management
- Design and schedule training sessions in alignment with program goals and participant needs
- Manage logistics for training delivery, including materials, venues, and technology requirements
- Monitor and adjust session plans to ensure effective time management and learner engagement
Content Creation and Delivery
- Develop high-quality, relevant, and program-appropriate training materials and content
- Update content regularly to align with evolving program objectives and participant feedback
- Deliver engaging and interactive sessions tailored to participant needs using various innovative methods
Learning Facilitation
- Facilitate dynamic and participatory learning sessions that cater to diverse learning styles
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment to maximize learner engagement and participation
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Develop and implement tools and metrics to measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes
- Collect, analyze, and report on data to monitor the impact of the training program
