Position Title: Product Executive (2)
The Product Executive will be responsible for the design, development, pricing, and ongoing management of tourism product programmes for assigned agents. The role focuses on delivering accurate, competitive, and high-quality product offerings, supporting product innovation, strengthening agent and supplier relationships, and contributing to sales growth and revenue performance across business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and manage tourism product programmes for assigned agents using approved company formats.
- Compile customized itineraries and product proposals aligned with agent requirements and market positioning.
- Populate, manage, and review pricing using costing sheets to ensure accuracy, correct margins, and contract compliance.
- Prepare rate and product comparison analyses to support pricing and commercial decisions.
- Conduct regular product and performance reviews for agents and provide structured feedback.
- Coordinate timely circulation of finalized products and rates to agents.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with agents, clients, and suppliers.
- Support product planning initiatives, including research into new destinations, products, and market opportunities.
- Contribute to the achievement of regional sales, product, and revenue targets.
