About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Product Delivery, Operations & Execution Excellence Manager to lead our product development and operational excellence initiatives. This role combines strategic product delivery oversight with operational optimization to ensure high-quality, scalable product releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery-to-launch process, ensuring strong documentation and stakeholder alignment
• Oversee product development cadence, backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure product scalability, performance, availability, and stability
• Identify, resolve, and escalate complex product issues and risks proactively

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage

Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products
• Experience leading junior product managers and cross-functional product development teams
