This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. - Proactive and Detail-Oriented Procurement Personnel to join their team in Nairobi. - In this role, you will play a critical part in managing end-to-end procurement processes for dry goods and kitchen pantry products, ensuring that all branches are stocked, inventory is accurate, and suppliers are efficiently managed. You’ll work closely with branch operations and accounts teams, conduct regular stock-taking, and contribute to creating an excellent in-store customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Include: - Managing procurement and inventory for dry goods & pantry items - Conducting regular stock-taking & cycle counts - Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with branch teams - Tracking dispatch vs sales and resolving discrepancies - Coordinating supplier deliveries and supporting invoice reconciliation - Maintaining accurate procurement records and reporting What We’re Looking For: - Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field - 1–2 years’ experience in procurement, inventory, or retail/FMCG operations - Strong stock-taking, record-keeping, and reporting skills - Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with inventory/procurement systems - Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently - Willingness to travel within Nairobi as required
