## Title: Procurement and Stores Officer

About the Role

We are recruiting a Procurement and Stores Officer on behalf of our partner, a specialty coffee roastery in Nairobi. You will be responsible for managing the store and inventory operations, ensuring that day-to-day procurement and stores department activities are carried out in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store and inventory operations
  • Procure raw materials according to company needs
  • Receive and issue inventory items
  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Minimize and prevent wastage
  • Ensure safe and efficient day-to-day operations of the procurement and stores department

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in stores/inventory management role in food retail or hospitality industry
  • Diploma in supply chain management or other relevant qualification
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel
