## Title: Principal Customer Experience Officer, Digital and Creative Services

About the Role

Reference: HELB/017 - Grade 5

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our digital and creative services function. The job holder will be responsible for formulating artistic concepts, designing business branding materials, managing events, tracking productivity, and developing and reviewing approval schedules for all editorial and creative products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate artistic concepts and ideation that align with business needs
  • Design business branding materials for product and services awareness creation
  • Lead teams in executing 360-degree campaigns and day-to-day brand management
  • Manage media relations, events management, and public relations business advisory services
  • Manage the creative team, track productivity, and liaise with support business functions for resources and equipment
  • Develop, review, and enforce approvals, signoffs, and risk schedules for all editorial and creative products
  • Track insights from multi-channel platforms and integrate findings into organizational communications strategy
  • Review and assist in developing business service delivery proposals
  • Engage with management teams to determine creative and design needs
  • Work with various business units, internal clients, and external stakeholders to establish creative ideas for continuous business process improvement
  • Facilitate creative and design project kick-offs
  • Oversee daily tasks tied to creative production
  • Troubleshoot issues that could slow down the creative process
  • Recommend changes to workflows to improve efficiencies and reduce operational costs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or International Relations
  • Minimum nine (9) years of cumulative relevant work experience, with at least three (3) years at the Senior Corporate Communication Officer level or in a comparable position
