Primary and Junior School Teachers at Brainston Kindergarten Ltd

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Primary and Junior School Teacher to join our team at Brainston Kindergarten Ltd. In this role, you will plan and execute appropriate learning activities for students each day according to the curriculum, schemes of work, and lesson plans. You will assist with curriculum planning by providing safe, creative, and appropriate educational opportunities for all children within an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
• Develop schemes of work and lesson plans while establishing and communicating clear learning objectives for all activities
• Execute daily activities for students according to the curriculum and lesson plans
• Prepare the classroom for class activities and use relevant technology to support instruction
• Keep updated with developments in subject areas, teaching resources, and instructional methods, and make relevant changes to instructional plans and activities

Required Qualifications

• P1 Diploma in teaching
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
• TSC registration with valid TSC Number
• CBC training (both JSS and Primary)
• Ability to teach a combination of the following subject areas: Creative Arts, CRE, and Social Studies
