Position Overview

Mama Ngina University College (MNUC) is recruiting a Tutorial Fellow in Monitoring & Evaluation. This entry-grade position for Master's Degree holders will operate under the direct supervision of a senior officer.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Population Health, Public Health, Public Reproductive Health, Epidemiology & Disease Control, Monitoring & Evaluation, Community Health, Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent from an accredited and recognized university
• Bachelor's degree in Population Health from an accredited and recognized university
• Current registration by relevant professional statutory bodies
• Proficiency in computer applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. registration in the area of specialty
• University teaching experience
• Membership in a professional association

Duties and Responsibilities

• Undertake teaching, research, and community outreach activities
• Participate in the development and review of academic programmes
• Guide and counsel students
• Supervise students in research projects at undergraduate level
• Administer examinations at undergraduate level
• Conduct student assessment
• Attend and participate in research conferences and seminars
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the University College
