## Title: Platform Manager - Peace Building & Conflict Transformation
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our organization in a strategic leadership position. As Platform Manager for Peace Building & Conflict Transformation, you will drive the vision, direction, and technical excellence of our platform while fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Programming
- Provide strategic visioning, guidance, and technical leadership to the PBCT platform
- Work with the head of programs and other senior managers in designing effective PBCT programming strategies
- Ensure all current and future programs are delivered according to approved plans with adequate stakeholder consultation (internal and external)
- Undertake regular political, economic, and conflict analyses to inform evidence-based programming and intervention design
Business Development & Partnership
- Lead new business development and resource mobilization efforts
- Identify and cultivate new potential partners and initiatives under the PBCT platform
- Ensure effective engagement between staff, partners, target communities, CSO partners, and government (national and sub-national levels)
Financial Management
- Oversee the overall PBCT Platform budget
- Provide oversight in budget preparation and tracking for all programs within the platform
- Monitor all expenditures related to grants and administration
- Provide up-to-date financial health advice to the CEO
- Oversee the budgeting process for all proposals submitted within the platform
- Work closely with the Grants departmental lead to provide updated reports on partner performance
Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting & Learning
- Collaborate with the MERL team to design and operationalize integrated platform-level MERL plans aligned with organizational MERL frameworks
- Develop content for internal publications including case studies, end-term reports, biennial impact reports, and features
- Liaise with the communications team for production of MERL-related materials
