An established company is recruiting for the following position. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR; - Proven experience setting up or scaling pharmacy operations. - Strong operational and workflow management skills. - Ability to lead, train, and motivate pharmacy teams. - Strong relationship-building skills with: - Insurance providers - Brokers - Pharmaceutical suppliers and distributors - Experience with e-pharmacy or digital pharmacy workflows (highly desirable). - Up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy regulations and best practices in Kenya. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Support the setup, optimization, and daily running of pharmacy operations. - Ensure regulatory compliance, inventory accuracy, and quality assurance. - Coordinate with insurers, brokers, and suppliers to improve service delivery. - Lead pharmacy staff and contribute to performance and workflow improvements. Support digital pharmacy processes including: - e-prescriptions - virtual consult fulfilment - order processing - medication delivery workflows - Provide clinical pharmaceutical guidance when needed. - Contribute to new pharmacy service innovations and expansion projects.
