## Title: Petrol Station Attendant

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team at a dynamic petrol station.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Dispense fuel into vehicles accurately and safely
  • Handle cash, card, and mobile payments and provide receipts
  • Clean windshields and check oil, water, and tire pressure upon request
  • Assist with routine maintenance of the station, including cleaning the forecourt and keeping the pump area tidy
  • Report any safety issues, equipment malfunctions, or suspicious activities to the manager
  • Restock products such as oil, coolant, car fresheners, and basic convenience items
  • Promote station promotions and upsell additional services when applicable
  • Comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum high school certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Honest and dependable character
  • Physically fit with ability to stand for long periods and perform some lifting
  • Basic arithmetic skills for handling transactions
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High standards of personal hygiene
