We seek a knowledgeable, skillful, and competent individual to join our team as a Personal Driver.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport the CEO to and from various locations, ensuring punctuality and efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle
• Assist the CEO with tasks and errands as needed during transit
• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, including regular fueling and scheduling maintenance appointments
• Uphold a professional and discreet demeanor, maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Familiarize yourself with the CEO's preferences regarding temperature, music, and other comfort-related factors
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of the CEO
• Communicate effectively with the CEO and office staff to coordinate schedules
• Plan optimal routes, considering traffic and time constraints, to ensure timely arrival
• Handle unexpected situations or emergencies calmly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel expenses, and other relevant vehicle information
• Remain vigilant and aware of surroundings, taking necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of the CEO during transportation

Required Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a personal driver, preferably with a CEO
• Knowledge of and ability to follow traffic rules and regulations
• Bachelor's degree or business-related certification (an added advantage)
