## Title: Partnership Sales Officer

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Partnership Sales Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to bring in new partners who can help us grow and improve our Checkoff and BNPL partnership loans. You'll play a key part in identifying potential partnerships with employers and suppliers, and nurturing relationships that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scout out new business opportunities and partnerships with employers and suppliers to help reach more customers and offer expanded financial solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on goals and mutual benefits
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that create win-win outcomes for both parties
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure partnerships are strategically aligned with organizational needs and deliver optimal solutions
  • Monitor partnership performance after launch, evaluate success metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Stay informed on industry trends in digital lending and fintech to bring fresh insights and keep the organization competitive

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, ideally with Checkoff partnerships at a digital credit provider or microfinance institution
  • Hands-on experience selling Checkoff partnership loans
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and connect effectively with people
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
