## Title: Partner Engagement & Events Coordinator

About the Role

Software Dynamics is recruiting a Partner Engagement & Events Coordinator to plan and execute events, manage partner collaborations, and deliver actionable market intelligence. This role ensures that Software Dynamics leverages the Microsoft Partner network effectively, maintains strong visibility in industry events, and provides research-based insights to guide marketing strategies and sales targeting. This is a junior-to-mid level position ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative professional.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Engagement & Co-Marketing

  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with Microsoft, including joint success stories, campaigns, and funding applications
  • Serve as a point of contact for partner programs and initiatives to maximize benefits from Microsoft Partner status
  • Support collaboration with other technology partners and internal teams for joint marketing activities

Events Planning & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars, workshops, and virtual events
  • Manage logistics and participation for conferences, trade shows, and industry events
  • Track event metrics, gather feedback, and provide post-event insights for continuous improvement
  • Work with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure events align with business goals and generate quality leads

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify key industry trends, adoption patterns, and competitive intelligence
  • Build and maintain lists of target companies and key contacts for Sales outreach
  • Provide actionable insights to refine marketing messages, campaigns, and sales territories
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, or briefing notes summarizing research findings

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in marketing coordination, events management, or market research (internship or agency experience acceptable)
