Paralegal Officer at ADEC Kenya Services EPZ Limited (ADEC Kenya)

An established company is recruiting for the following position. - Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, Political Science, Mass Communication or Journalism, or a related field. - Proven work experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role, or any relevant training is an advantage. - Exposure and experience in customer service, legal services, or a position with extensive client case engagement. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). - Proven experience in PEO licensing and compliance management, and strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations. - Flexible to accommodate different shift jobs, including night shifts, and must be staying within or ready to relocate to Kitengela OR Athi River.
