Maintenance Duties - Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, priming) - Apply paint, varnish, or coatings to walls, fixtures, or equipment - Perform basic repairs and touch-ups as needed Maintain painting tools and supplies - Follow safety guidelines when handling paints and equipment - Report maintenance issues to management Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Previous retail or painting experience is a plus - Basic knowledge of painting tools and materials - Good communication and customer service skills - Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks - Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
