Operations Officer at Codirect Courier And Fulfillment Center

About the Role

We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Operations Officer to join our courier and fulfillment center. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and error-free execution of our daily order fulfillment process—from picking and packing to dispatching orders to customers within and outside Eldoret.

Key Responsibilities

• Order picking, packing, and dispatch with focus on accuracy and quality
• Route planning and scheduling
• Rider and delivery coordination
• Inbound delivery planning
• Reporting and documentation
• Stock and packaging material management

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1+ years' experience in order fulfillment, dispatch, or last-mile delivery operations
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in route planning software and basic MS Office tools
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Resident of Eldoret or willing to relocate by January
• Critical thinker with a strong mindset

Competitive salary of 25,000 KES net. The office is currently under development, and we are seeking an individual who can contribute to establishing seamless order fulfillment operations from the ground up.
