About the Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Office Manager to serve as our Culture Ambassador in our Kenya offices in Nairobi and Mombasa. You will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures while creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment. Your focus will be on ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety, as well as improving company procedures and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, landlord, catering, and security services
- Provide support to the facilities coordinator for maintenance vendor escalation
- Ensure correct vendor accountability
- Support in-house events, celebrations, and conferences
- Detect and resolve office-related issues
- Maintain a pleasant and functional working environment
