Mixologist at People FOCO

A luxury Italian fine-dining restaurant is seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join its team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting premium cocktails, creating signature drink experiences, and delivering exceptional guest service in an elegant, high-end setting. Key Responsibilities - Create classic and signature cocktails with precise technique and presentation - Develop and update seasonal cocktail menus, wine pairings, and bar specials - Prepare fresh ingredients, syrups, garnishes, and infusions - Maintain a clean, elegant, and fully stocked bar at all times - Engage guests with wine, spirit, and cocktail knowledge in a fine-dining atmosphere - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards - Coordinate with service team to enhance guest dining experience - Track inventory, bar costs, and recommend stock requirements Qualifications & Experience - 2+ years’ experience as a mixologist, bartender, or bar supervisor in a fine-dining or luxury hotel environment - Knowledge of classic Italian cocktails is an added advantage - Certification in bartending, mixology, or hospitality is a plus Skills & Attributes - Creativity in cocktail design and presentation - Strong communication and guest-engagement skills - Attention to detail, speed, and elegance in service - High standard of grooming, professionalism, and courtesy - Ability to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays Check how your CV aligns with this job
