## Title: Business Development Officer – Corporate Business

About the Role

Madison Group Limited is recruiting a Business Development Officer to drive growth in corporate sales and client relationships across Unit Trust Funds and Wealth Management products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Acquisition – Grow sales of Unit Trust Funds and Wealth Management products marketed to the corporate business sectors
  • Client Retention – Maintain and grow the Funds Under Management held by Corporate Clients
  • Client Growth – Grow the number of corporate clients and maintain a high level of client relationships
  • IFA Growth – Recruit, train and manage independent financial agents focused on corporate business
  • Marketing Activities – Work closely with the Business Development and marketing teams to manage marketing activities and generate increased production from targeted segments

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 1+ years' experience in corporate sales, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Certification in sales and marketing courses (advantageous)

Required Competencies

  • Analytical skills with a high degree of maturity and self-drive
  • Sales management capacity and ability to build strong business relationships
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
