Mid-Level HR Consultant (Technical Lead) - 2 Positions

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join HCS Affiliates Group in Nairobi, Kenya. In this technical lead position, you will execute comprehensive technical analysis of skills gaps and align learning pathways with career progression across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skills gap analysis through audits of jobholders in Senior and Middle Management (Job Groups 1-3) to identify capability gaps against the new strategic direction
• Review and align the Group's annual learning and growth plans to specifically support upskilling and reskilling initiatives
• Enrich and align staff career progression guidelines to drive long-term motivation and staff retention
• Scale effective manpower planning across the Group's subsidiaries to ensure the right staff are in the right jobs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Social Sciences, or a related technical field
• Valid professional certification with NITA or IHRM Kenya
• 5–8 years of experience in the Manufacturing or Private Sector, specifically handling job evaluation and competency mapping
• Proven track record in Manufacturing (FMCG) and NGO sectors
