Medical Superintendent

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key focus areas include: - Clinical leadership and governance - Patient safety and quality assurance - Regulatory compliance and accreditation - Operational oversight of OPD, IPD, ER, ICU, Theatre, and Diagnostics - Medical staff leadership, mentorship, and development - Stakeholder engagement and strategic growth Minimum requirements: - MBChB/MD from a recognised institution - Valid KMPDC registration and practising licence - At least 5 years clinical experience, with 3 years in a leadership role - Training in healthcare management or quality assurance is an added advantage
