Key qualifications include: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 4 years’ experience in manufacturing or factory machinery - Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance - Ability to diagnose mechanical faults and reduce downtime - Experience working with rotating equipment, pumps, conveyors, and packaging machines - Good organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
