Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
- We are a Christian school in the education sector, seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to develop and execute strategic initiatives that promote the school's brand, drive enrollment, and deepen community engagement. The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning with the ability to create compelling visual and written materials that reflect our values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans and campaigns to support school enrollment, events, and brand visibility.
- Manage the school's digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online content.
- Create and produce quality marketing assets, utilizing skills in graphic design, videography, and photography for digital and print use.
- Promote and provide marketing support for key school events, capturing live content for promotional use.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and website analytics to measure ROI and guide future strategy.
- Facilitating the designing and production of all school marketing collateral, including prospectuses, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Support the cultivation of strategic partnerships and initiatives that enhance the school's profile.
- Monitor public sentiment and support initiatives to protect the school's reputation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant marketing experience.
- Practical skills in graphic design, videography, or photography are required, and a portfolio or work samples are preferred.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Working knowledge of design and editing software (e.g, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
- Valid certificate of good conduct.
