A confident leader with excellent people management, coaching, and performance management skills. - An exceptional communicator with strong written, verbal, and storytelling ability. - Strategically minded yet highly execution-focused, able to translate vision into action. - Highly organised with strong project management and prioritisation skills. - Comfortable collaborating across departments and multiple business units, aligning marketing with commercial and operational goals.
