Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the Kenyan market to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition
  • Create engaging, locally relevant content that informs, inspires, and sparks meaningful conversations
  • Lead and oversee social media, influencer partnerships, SEO, paid ads, and content strategy to ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all platforms
  • Analyze marketing performance data and optimize campaigns for growth, engagement, and ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Collections, and Management) to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and seminars to promote brand awareness, strengthen client relationships, and engage with local markets
  • Stay ahead of digital innovations and local trends to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and connected to everyday Kenyans
  • Manage and track the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource use and maximum return on investment
