## Title: Marketing Executive
Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing function in delivering its objectives by recruiting students, marketing University programmes, and advising on current market trends based on market surveys.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Student Recruitment
- Sell courses to prospective clients and meet monthly sales targets as agreed with the line manager
- Utilize various recruitment methods including activation of churches, schools, companies, and other relevant institutions
Market Surveys and Intelligence
- Analyze competitor activities by monitoring their performance in areas including registrations, student populations, programmes offered, and pricing
- Track competitor marketing strategies such as advertisements and promotions
- Monitor expansion and growth activities of competitors, including new branches and collaborations
- Identify new market entrants
- Collect and receive market intelligence to identify new and potential market opportunities
- Assess market demand, the University's brand positioning, and brand awareness
- Communicate all acquired information to the Marketing Manager with proposals on recommended actions
Direct Marketing
- Develop and distribute marketing materials including posters and fliers
- Ensure effective utilization of all marketing mechanisms with strategic, consistent, and aggressive placement of marketing communication materials in legally approved and beneficial locations
- Target appropriate market segments and mass markets
- Maintain all marketing materials
Events and University Representation
- Coordinate and represent the University at events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions
- Promote awareness of the University and its credentials through event participation
Product Knowledge
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all courses offered by the University
