## Title: Marketing Creative Specialist
About the Role
The Marketing Creative Specialist will be responsible for creating, producing, and optimizing visual and multimedia content across multiple channels. This role goes beyond execution—it requires a creative mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate complex technical content into visually compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Multimedia Design & Production
- Produce high-quality graphics, infographics, illustrations, and visual assets for campaigns, events, social media, and internal/external communications
- Edit and produce professional videos, animations, explainer clips, and promotional reels
- Create motion graphics, branded templates, and interactive assets to enhance digital campaigns
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and technical specifications
Campaign & Content Support
- Translate blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and technical documentation into visually engaging content for digital channels
- Collaborate with content writers and marketing managers to design campaign creatives that align with business objectives
- Provide creative input for email campaigns, landing pages, social media campaigns, and webinar materials
Strategic Creative Development
- Develop visual concepts for product launches, corporate events, webinars, and thought-leadership campaigns
- Advise marketing teams on creative best practices, emerging design trends, and visual storytelling techniques
- Contribute to brand evolution initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels
Website & Digital Asset Management
- Support the maintenance and update of website visuals, landing pages, and multimedia content
- Ensure content is optimized for web, mobile, and social platforms
- Manage a library of brand assets, templates, and multimedia files for easy access and reuse
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize creative content based on performance data
