Machine Operator

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Royal Mabati Factory Limited Is Seeking To Recruit A Machine Operator To Operate, Monitor, And Maintain Production Machinery In Line With Established Safety, Quality, And Production Standards. The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate A Willingness To Learn And Adapt In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment. Skills: & Qualifications: - Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field. - Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a production/manufacturing environment; experience in mabati/iron sheet or printing/metal manufacturing is an advantage. - Ability to operate and maintain production machines independently. - Strong attention to detail and systematic work approach. Key Competencies: - Examine production job orders to determine details such as quantities, production times, stock specifications, and sequence of operations. - Set up, adjust, and operate machinery including rollers, dies, presses, and related components to meet production specifications. - Monitor machine performance, including pressure, alignment, and output quality, adjusting settings as necessary. - Inspect finished products for quality, dimensional accuracy, and defects using standard testing methods. - Ensure manufactured products meet quality specifications and GMP standards - Ensure compliance with all safety protocols during machine operation. - Participate in safety drills and report hazards immediately. - Conduct routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance of machinery. - Report defective or malfunctioning equipment promptly to supervisors.
