## Title: Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain an up-to-date inventory of all equipment, tools, and supplies
- Oversee maintenance and repair schedules for all facilities, vehicles, and machinery
- Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition, properly serviced, and documented
- Support logistical arrangements for staff travel, field activities, and events
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces and storage areas
- Keep records of inventory and maintenance logs
- Drive staff, materials, or visitors to and from sites and activities
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Kenya driver's license (minimum class BCE & Motorbike; PSV preferred)
- Proven experience in logistics, maintenance, or fleet management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory tracking, reporting)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
