Loan Officer

Job Responsibilities: - Generate leads, market loan products, and onboard new clients - Conduct client due diligence, KYC checks, and loan assessments - Educate clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and obligations - Provide basic financial literacy and business training to borrowers - Monitor loan repayments and carry out ethical collections - Conduct field visits to verify client businesses andinformation - Maintain accurate records and submit daily reports via the Super lender system - Meet monthly disbursement and collection targets Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field - 1-2 years' experience in sales, microfinance, or collections - Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Willingness to work in rural and underserved areas
