## Title: Linking, Learning & Action Framework Consultant

About the Role

The consultancy will design and deliver the participatory development and operationalization of a single, integrated Linking, Learning & Action (LLA) Framework for Urban Futures. This framework incorporates a multi-year Learning Agenda, which defines learning priorities and guides program action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver development of an integrated Linking, Learning & Action (LLA) Framework
  • Support implementation of the framework across multiple stakeholders
  • Embed a multi-year Learning Agenda as the main methodology to define priorities
  • Structure participatory processes and generate actionable evidence
  • Pilot a practical Toolbox to support framework implementation
  • Facilitate multilingual events and capacity-building programs
  • Host virtual events engaging participants across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate translation services for non-English speaking participants
  • Develop capacity-building programs focused on knowledge management techniques
  • Synthesize findings and write detailed reports on complex initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience coordinating and supporting knowledge management, LLA strategies, and methodologies
  • Experience preferably in Southern Africa, Latin America, and/or Indonesia
  • Proven expertise working with global or regional projects involving multiple stakeholders in multicultural environments
  • Strong facilitation skills in multilingual settings using innovative methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to design, adapt, and apply innovative LLA methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in writing detailed reports
  • Demonstrated experience working with youth in participatory processes
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proven track record of engagement in food systems
